Associate General Counsel 

Mark Lee serves as Ridge Capital Group’s Associate General Counsel and Director of Compliance.  In that capacity, Mr. Lee provides daily operational guidance in order to ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory and contractual requirements applicable to the Company.  In addition, he is responsible for negotiating general business transactions, drafting legal documents and rendering advice on other legal matters affecting Ridge Capital Group.  Mr. Lee also oversees the administration and monitoring of corporate and regulatory compliance programs, including internal compliance training programs.

Mr. Lee brings to the Company more than 13 years experience in corporate and public company securities law, financial services, and transactional matters.  Prior to joining Ridge Capital Group, Mr. Lee was employed by two national law firms before leaving to work as in-house counsel for companies in the telecom and mortgage industries.

Mr. Lee is a graduate of Santa Clara University School of Law, where he was Business Editor of the Santa Clara Law Review.  He received a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Arizona.  Mr. Lee is a member of the Arizona and California bar associations.
