Jimmy Trujillo

Vice President

Bringing more than a decade of successful sales and marketing expertise in the financial services markets, Jimmy Trujillo serves as the Vice President of Ridge Capital Group, LLC.  In this role, Mr. Trujillo manages and streamlines day-to-day operations, cultivates and sustains distribution relationships, and maintains and promotes insurance carrier relationships.  Building on these initiatives, Mr. Trujillo utilizes his experience to expand the distribution of Ridge Capital Group’s product-lines, and develop new products to meet consumer, producer and insurance carrier demands. 

During his years with Ridge Capital Group, Mr. Trujillo has served as the Marketing Director where he was the primary customer liaison and case manager for all open premium finance cases. Additionally, he worked with clients to handle problem resolution and ensure transactions flowed smoothly through each step of the premium financing process.  As the Marketing Director, Mr. Trujillo successfully marketed new and existing programs through current and potential distribution channels, and stayed ahead of the changing market landscape to ensure current programs met compliance requirements and each customer’s business needs. 

Bringing significant and diverse experience in the financial services industry, Mr. Trujillo has worked as an independent financial advisor and also spent a number of years with Prudential Financial where he managed a team of financial advisors and was a member of the Trophy-winning agency in San Diego, ranking first out of 74 agencies nationwide. 

Mr. Trujillo currently holds the FINRA Series 7, the NASAA Series 63 and 65 designations, in addition to a California Life and Disability with Long-Term Care certification.  He is currently working toward his Certified Financial Planner designation through the College for Financial Planning.
